Beginner Reformer
Your starting point. The fundamentals of the equipment, your form and body awareness. Spend as long as you need here.
Intermediate Reformer
*Not suitable for complete beginners.
Build on your foundations with more challenging movements and progressions for strength, balance and control.
Power Pilates
*Not suitable for complete beginners.
Turn up the energy. Jump board, weights and upbeat music for a full-body workout that challenges stamina and endurance.
Barre × Reformer
Where Barre meets Reformer. Pulses, holds and plenty of core work to sculpt, strengthen and lengthen.
JumpBoard Pilates
*Not suitable for complete beginners.
Classic Pilates with the JumpBoard. Cardio, strength and control for your core, legs and glutes.
Mixed Abilities
Come as you are. Work at your own pace, building strength, mobility and confidence on the Reformer.
Mum & Baby
*Suitable for babies not yet crawling or walking.
Movement for you, little one included. Led by a postnatal specialist, intentionally small and relaxed.
